Lijana's dog daycare
Dear dog owners,
So that all dogs can have a nice and relaxing stay in our house, we ask you to adhere to the following house rules and to ensure that the conditions for this are met. This also applies (the house rules are deemed to have been read and accepted when the deposit is paid or at the latest when you move into our house). Failure to comply with our house rules can lead to immediate, immediate and unilateral termination of the contract (in our case booking) on our part, whereby the full price including cleaning will be retained.
Before arrival
Your dog should have loosened up (pee and kaka) before arriving with us. We start our walk at 9 a.m. when all the dogs have arrived. There can always be delays due to late arrivals or mishaps on the part of the dogs. One or two “adult dogs” have left us a mess on the carpet here, we can do without that and you can waive the cleaning fee. That's why we mention this explicitly here again.
Drop-off/pick-up times
The dogs must be kept on a leash until they reach the door; they are only allowed to be taken off the leash if announced by the dog service staff.
We would also like to ask you to avoid direct dog contact with other Huta dogs in front of the door, many dogs only adhere to the "no bullying" rule once they are inside the house.
Please be sure to stick to the already generous drop-off and pick-up times. Of course, it can happen that something comes up, so please inform us immediately. We wait until all dogs have been brought before the first round of dogs and a delay is fatal, especially for young or very sensitive dogs. Unless otherwise agreed, pick-up times should also be adhered to. We charge €1.19 including VAT per minute for delays.
Please do not park in front of the neighbor's door, even for 2 minutes. There are always free parking spaces on the street, if necessary you have to walk a few steps. And please do not leave the engine running during collection, the environment will thank you!
Rules in the house
The dog should be house trained if not a puppy or incontinent. For male dogs that mark in the house, a male bandage and the corresponding pads should be brought along; for female dogs in heat or incontinent, they should bring pants with the corresponding pads. Often small dogs tend to urinate on sofas or beds (our experience). Since we offer care in our own four walls and not in a kennel that can be hosed down, we would ask you to inform us in advance. Of course, it can also be the case that the dog shows such behavior patterns without prior notice. We would also inform you immediately with photos and would have to ask for a refund or we could also bill the damage through your liability insurance.
We do not allow tracking for data protection reasons; we always collect dogs from the neighborhood on our morning walks.
Destruction of our furnishings, we are not talking about toys here, should/must be replaced. There must be the possibility that we can briefly go to the toilet without the dog destroying objects. If you already have this fear or even know about this behavior, we can find a solution together, for example in the form of short accommodation in a box or something similar.
HuTa dogs & payment
As already mentioned several times in our circular emails, we would ask you to communicate the days for the next week via WhatsApp by Saturday at 12 p.m.
Please do not verbally answer the door, we are only human, and as soon as the door closes, we are usually right back at work with your favorites. If that doesn't work, your dog won't be able to come to care the following week. We have so many appointments with the dogs outside (trips to vets, dog salons...) that we just have to plan. Please be lenient with us here too.
Please always pay before handing over the dog.
Cancellation policy
Day care aka HuTa
Booked appointments that have not been canceled 48 hours in advance must be invoiced.
Holiday care aka guesthouse
The period is only finally booked once a deposit of 50 percent has been paid.
In the meantime, we can still allocate our capacity to someone else and cancel the period you requested. In the event of cancellation, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
We explain this procedure like this:
Our support is very small and we are dependent on every booking. We would like to remain true to our concept of individual and family care, but this requires the reliability of our customers.
In the event of cancellation, we are rarely able to reassign the period and therefore retain the 50 percent cancellation fee.
Full payment must be made before the start of the holiday.
Dear dog owners,
Please do not see the house rules as harassment or anything similar. We have such high cleaning costs (electricity, water, cleaning products...) per month, which are already included in the daily flat rate. If you subtract these, we don't even get an hourly wage of €0.15 per hour. We want to give your four-legged friends a clean and, above all, great stay with lots of fun and games with us, but we just have a small and nice care in our home. So we prefer to sit on the clean couch with your dog in the evening.

Unfortunately, we had to have a few unpleasant experiences in the past that required considerable and uncalculated effort. In order not to have to charge higher prices to those dogs that behave well, we will in future charge separately for destruction or urination on and on objects. If one or more of these points apply, we take the liberty of calculating this accordingly according to the price list. These expenses must then be paid immediately after mutual agreement.
